Reservations
Reservations are necessary for rooms, cottages, dorms, and tent cabins, but are not needed for camping or day visits. Reservations must be secured with a credit card or advance payment; we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards or personal checks. Specific rooms cannot be guaranteed. Sorry, reservations are not currently available online or via e-mail. The best times to call for reservations are Mon-Fri 9 AM – 6 PM, Sat-Sun 9 AM – 5 PM, Pacific Standard Time.

Be sure to read this important information before your visit.
Cancellations must be made by calling 707-987-2477 before 1:00 pm two days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. (Massage appointments must be cancelled separately with 24-hour notice through the Health Services office at 707-987-0422, ext. 130.)
Harbin Membership
At least one person in your party must carry a membership to use the facilities. Membership may be purchased at time of check-in, and is non-transferable. (May also be used at Sierra Hot Springs.)
One-Month Trial Membership: $10
Full-Year Membership: $30
Lifetime Membership: $300
Day Visits
6-hour passes are issued from 6 AM to 6 PM only.
Reservations are not required. Child rates apply for all children under 18.

Camping

Tent Cabins
View photo galleryUpper Tent Cabins are located near the Domes center (a short drive or steep climb from the Mainside pool area), and have access to its facilities; Adults 18 and older here. Lower Tent Cabins are located near the Meadow camping area. Include second bed or fold-out futon; Children under 18 are welcome here with adult supervision.
Rates include use of facilities for a 24-hour visit. On weekends and holidays a two-night-minimum stay is required. Check-in is 3 PM; check-out at Noon. Fitted sheet only; bring your own bedding and towels.

Holiday Rates
2013 Holiday Rates are in effect: Jan 1, Jan 21, Feb 18, May 27, July 4, Sept 2, Nov 28, Dec 23-26, Dec 30 – Jan 1.
Student Discounts
College students on a budget can save on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Just show your current valid college/university student photo ID at check-in, and receive $5 off camping/dorms, or $10 off rooms.
Gift Cards
Harbin gift cards are a great way to give retreats, meals or massages to those you love. You choose the amount.
