Your safety is important to us. Our staff have been well informed on the guidelines recommended by the CDC on preventing the spread of COVID -19. In terms of measures taken, staff have been trained on appropriate personal hygiene etiquette, the use of gloves, sanitation methods, and we have placed hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes at various locations throughout Harbin. We have also given special attention and make it a priority to sanitize and disinfect public contact locations such as reception counters, benches, tables, doorknobs, light switches, and guest rooms. Additionally, we have added partitions at all check in areas.
