Reservations are required for all visits at this time. Our guest rates are listed below. For indoor lodging on weekends and holidays, a 2-night minimum stay is required. Lodging that can accommodate children is limited, so reserve early.

MEMBERSHIP: Effective July 4th, 2023, all guests over the age of 18 are REQUIRED to purchase a membership. Members can bring up to 3 additional children (0-17) with them per membership. Group bookings are no longer allowed, each guest will need to purchase their own membership and book their own reservation. You will be issued a membership number for future visits. This change was made as a safety precaution to account for all visitors on property.
Membership rates are $10 for a 1-month trial, $30 for a full year and $300 for a lifetime.
When booking accommodations: One member will purchase their membership (if not already a member of Harbin Hot Springs) in addition to the accommodation of your choice per availability. If you are bringing guests, please include the name of the guest who will be staying with you on your invoice. Your guest will still be required to purchase a membership prior to your visit. Please call 707-987-2477 ext. 1010 from 8am-8pm to purchase a membership only at this time, or if you are having difficulties with your reservation.
Please call in advance to reserve our ADA camping platform. If you wish to use a Gift Card for lodging reservations or pre-check-in, please book your stay by phone.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY*:
All lodging reservations or visit pre-check-ins generate a pre-paid deposit for the total amount of your visit, plus any membership charge (generating a membership number for future visits).
*New Deposit and Rescheduling policy effective April 1, 2024:
Room Deposit Policy: $100 deposit will be applied to guest’s reservations upon check-in. This deposit may be charged for late check-outs, damage of rooms, tickets, or for additional cleaning fees.
Rescheduling Policy: Guests may only reschedule their reservation for a maximum of two times.
Harbin Hot Springs follows a firm, 48-hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel or change your reservation for any reason, you must do so at least two full days before your scheduled arrival, prior to 1:00pm. If you cancel or change within such time, you will receive a cancellation/modification number and will not incur any charges. Cancellation or change with fewer than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge to your credit card of 50% of your total reservation.
To change or cancel an online reservation or pre-check-in, call 707-987-2477 (9am-8pm). Refunds will not be issued in the case of unforeseen weather conditions or power outages.
